Ronald K. Arden – Vice President, Strategy & Marketing
Ron Arden develops go to market strategies and tactics to build brand, engage customers and drive sales. He also delivers services to help customers reduce document & process operational costs, focusing on SaaS and other on demand document and security technologies. Prior to eDocument Sciences, Ron was Director of National Solutions Support for IKON Office Solutions. During his tenure, Ron developed and drove strategy, policy, tools and the product and services portfolio for IKON’s Professional Services group. This included developing and launching the Accounts Payable and Human Resources repeatable solutions in North America to increase account penetration into existing and new customers. Ron also developed and managed vendor relations for all Professional Services partners, which included building a Premier Partner program and growing relationships with 13 key business partners. He developed and launched the Practice Area go-to-market strategy and tools, which was a key to refocusing Professional Services.
Ron has over 25 years of strategic planning, marketing, sales, business development, consulting and technical experience in the information technology industry. Ron has held executive, management and technical positions at numerous organizations, including Digital Equipment Corporation and Wang Laboratories. Throughout his career, Ron has participated in industry forums, speaking engagements and written articles for industry publications. In 2008 he spoke on IKON Green Initiatives during the WebEx Green Business Summit.
